We would like to inform you that the registration of UAS operators is prohibited for Russian legal and natural persons as long as restrictive measures are in place due to Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine in accordance with Council Regulation (EU) 2022/328 of 25 February 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine.

Login from outside the EU

This UAS portal is gateway for UAS operator registration and includes online training with online examination for UAS remote pilots. To enter portal you will need Qualified Digital Certificate.

Using the web application is free, safe and easy. Security and confidentiality are ensured through the use of modern technologies. Electronic applications have the same legal validity as paper-based applications.

To enter UAS portal, enter your email address and click the "Login" button. You will receive an email with a login link shortly after. WARNING; Operator registration for non EU citizens can be processed only in one EU member state and it must not be duplicated by additional operator registration in another EU member state!

What services can I perform through the UAS portal ?

  • Registration of the operator as a natural person or as organization
  • Online remote pilot training for the open category for the A1 / A3 subcategory
  • Take the Open Category Exam for A1 / A3 subcategory online
